       2. Enter the name and description you want to give your workflow. Once complete, click Submit.

       3. The dialog will close and the Workflow editor will open.

       4. Start by dragging a Start step onto the canvas

5       5. You can now start dragging and dropping your Status steps on to the canvas.

6       6. Rename these Statuses by Double-click on them and editing the field.

7       7. Once renamed, you can begin configuring the Status settings.

8       8. When your Statuses have been configured, you can now move on to setting up the Review and Approval. 9.

       9. Link your workflow steps together by clicking the port on the bottom around of the step and attaching it to the port at the top of the next step.

        Note: you can delete connectors by pressing Backspace on your keyboard.

10        Note: if the connection is incorrect, there will be an error message.

       10. Your workflow is now complete and ready to go! Click Click Save Workflow to begin using it on your pages.

Workflow Connector Keyboard Shortcuts

There are a number of keyboard shortcuts available when using the workflow connectors and these include:

  • Deleting a connector - press Backspace
  • Copy connectors - press CTRL / CMD C
  • Paste connectors - press CTRL / CMD + V

Additional Features of the Editor

Zoom

To zoom in and out of the editor you can either use the buttons or scroll Up/Down with your mouse.

You can click the fit button to quickly restore the initial size.
