meet big picture Enterprise Edition big picture Enterprise is an extension to big picture project portfolio management application which specifically addresses the needs of large scale companies including the ones with a distributed workforce by bringing more of a portfolio solution level outlook on top of the standard multiple program view the newly released cloud hosted enterprise add-on can enhance and augment the way projects and portfolios are managed by delivering the following high-level ppm features let's get started program increment level reporting inboard and roadmap modules on which you can estimate the business value of the committed objectives and compare it with the objectives actual business values when the data is available the scope configuration at the program increment level once configured the scope of a time box will update automatically by synchronizing with a specified field the synchronization is bi-directional which means that scheduling a task card for a specific time box will update the time box synchronized field with big-picture enterprise you can generate instant reports of your program increment objectives using the roadmap modules reports button the roadmap modules reports feature includes the following program increment metrics on top of the iteration goal reports available with the standard version of big picture there are two types of charts to select from bar and pie charts you can zoom out to see up to three time boxes the board modules reports feature the reporting using the board module is more advanced and provides multiple options to customize which data will be presented just like in the case of road map there are two types of charts available bar and pie charts the board modules reports feature includes the following metrics on top of the iteration reports available with the standard version of big-picture program velocity number of features planned number of features accepted the number of enabler features planned and the number of enabler features accepted please note that this video focuses on the scaled agile framework hence we refer to features but any JIRA issue type can be used as a source data for the reports additional metrics show the number of tasks grouped by status assignee or priority and counted using the number of tasks or story points change the status of the time box to move all incomplete objectives to the next program increment reports module with big-picture enterprise the reports page can be customized by editing the grid and adding your own charts each row can fit up to three columns specifically three different charts now simply select the number of columns and start adding your custom charts you can create multi-level PI or column charts as a source data can be grouped by available JIRA fields resources module viewing tasks from all programs show all the tasks across all created programs to which the resources assigned the tasks originating from other programs are partially transparent and you will not be able to move them using drag-and-drop such tasks update the resources workload using big template app you can export the data to Microsoft Excel templates or to PDF format images adding custom action buttons with custom actions you can add extra links to your programs in program manager tiles and ListView by adding those links your programs can integrate with company intranet or external systems such as ERP or billing systems which allow a codification of reference identification the program ID can be used to present the information in context of the relevant program
